There is no data. That's the policy.

What we collect

Nothing. Sleep Mode has no accounts and no sign-up. It contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs that do any of those things. We do not know who you are, when you sleep, or what you play.

Network

The app makes no network calls of its own. The one exception is Apple's StoreKit, which handles the subscription: when you subscribe, restore a purchase, or the app confirms your subscription is still active, that call goes to Apple, made by Apple's framework. Payment details are handled entirely by Apple under Apple's privacy policy; we never see them, and nothing about the transaction identifies you to us.

Everything else — all 100 sounds included — ships inside the app. It works in airplane mode because there is nothing to phone home about.

On your device, and only there

Your saved mixes, settings, playback history (the Stats tab), and wake times are stored on your phone and nowhere else. Delete the app and they are gone. Alarm scheduling happens on-device through Apple's AlarmKit; the alarm never leaves your phone.

Your rights under GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws

These laws give you the right to access, correct, export, and delete personal data. We collect none, so on our side there is nothing to access, correct, export, or delete. If you would like that confirmed formally, email us and we will confirm it formally.

Children

Sleep Mode is made for adults and collects no data from anyone, of any age.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the change will appear on this page with a new effective date. Given what the app is, do not expect much.
